I know the army has slots for other services and even other countries but why is it so hard to get into? It seems like no matter what you do you have the opportunity to go to different schools while you’re in the army. I know 92Y that are jump qualified, but in the Air Force it seems that you HAVE to be apart of some super high speed low drag beard wearing Badass to even get looked at.

If you feel the need to be jump qualified, and I assume that is your question, consider retaining into Pararescue, Combat Weather or Combat Controller. If you want jumps school, again assuming, just for shits and grins, you picked the wrong branch.

The MOS is a 92Yankee Supply, correct. Does the Air Force offer an equivalent school, have you been to it? Has your service agreed to pay for it? If not you can ask till your blue in the face, your not going. Is it advantageous to your career in the AF? If not why should you go?

Why is it so hard for me to go to an air force school? Why would you go to a army school unless you were in a unit or job that required that school to preform your current or upcoming mission. In the army that 92Y might be in SF support and would need to be Airborne to preform there job in that unit.
