They are supposedly fixed, for the time being. Will the U.S. Transportation Command continue to spot check them over the next year and reach out to service members and spouses to get the bottom line truth of timelines the vehicles were shipped and received. I guess they get a second chance and if they mess it up again, maybe they will not give them another contract.

I think that US Transportation Command believes that it is cheaper to retain the contractor then re-bid the work especially with the PCS season fast approaching. What the article does not say is this is a re-bid or an option year.
