Why would my DD 214 list "5 destroyed copies, best available document, data missing"? Has anyone ever seen this?

Colonel, hope you received revised question, and that it is clear. The information on my DD214 I've never seen on others, nor have any VA providers. There is missing data. Thank you for your consideration.

You can add a supporting narrative the details section to further explain the context of your question. That helps you get around the title length limitations.

Is this English? I think you are asking where to get a copy of your DD214 because your copies were destroyed? as referenced below you can request one from the national archives. Once you get it I suggest uploading it into a pdf file on your computer so that you never have to worry about it being destroyed, honestly that's good practice for all important docs - Birth cert, marriage license, etc
