I joined the National Guard in 2015 and transfer to active duty in 2021 and i want to transfer my time in service for pay. My leadership is having a bad information about my whole years of service in National Guard doesnt transfer and i would like to read in the regulation for it.

SPC (Join to see) - Then you're fine, regarding pay for # of years. If your unit is confused as to WHY you're getting paid for those # of years, then see the reference SGM Mccloud gave.

I'm with MSG (Join to see) on this one. Even the national guard has LESs.

Go to your Career Counselor with your NGB23 and they will calculate your time for you.

FYI, your Pay Entry date will not be the day you signed your first contract unless you drilled prior to Basic.

For the Army Guard, a Soldier will have drilled 1-4 times in RSP prior to BCT.
Even a quick ship has to show up at 1 to put the packet together.
