As pressure builds on Hillary Clinton to explain her official use of personal email while serving as secretary of state, she faced new complications Tuesday. It was disclosed her top aides are being drawn into a burgeoning federal inquiry and that two emails on her private account have been classified as “Top Secret.”

The inspector general for the Intelligence Community notified senior members of Congress that two of four classified emails discovered on the server Clinton maintained at her New York home contained material deemed to be in one of the highest security classifications - more sensitive than previously known.

The notice came as the State Department inspector general’s office acknowledged that it is reviewing the use of “personal communications hardware and software” by Clinton’s former top aides after requests from Congress.

“We will follow the facts wherever they lead, to include former aides and associates, as appropriate,” said Douglas Welty, a spokesman for the State Department’s inspector general.

Despite the fact that she has done illegal actions, she will probably get away with it because the public is mostly uneducated and looking for entitlements.

I think I'm educated enough to realize that the Republicans don't give a crap about anyone if they're not rich. As a matter of fact, I don't think it take any form of education to realize that, just common sense. Soon enough, military retirement pay and VA compensation will be consider entitlements just like Social Security as been label as such.

You may want to see if you can get your money back for that "education" you've received.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL - Sergeant; Isn't next year's presidential race going to be fun.

I mean how often do you get to pick between two candidates, neither of which is actually qualified for the job and both of which are morally reprehensible?

That loud whirring sound you hear is the Founding Fathers spinning in their graves.

It won't be her demise but it will weaken her more in the publics eye. Or at least I hope it will. She has to many friends within the government for any real action to be taken upon her.

It probably won't be the last nail in her political coffin. I expect she will survive this issue. What she may not survive politically is the knowledge she had prior to many state department issues which became crises during her term as Secretary of State SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.

Vince Foster, White Water, Clinton Healthcare Debacle, Investments, Bill's affairs and the related cover ups, Benghazi, now this, she is using this to make it look political, even though it is the Dems running the Investigation. She will use this to her advantage. She is no ones fool. I can't stand her, but she knows how to use it when she has to.

Military members accused of the same thing would have lost their security clearance and had at a minimum an article 32 hearing by now.

Hillary still has not been charged with any wrongdoing or criminal violations... She could be found to have been used poor judgement by AG Loretta Lynch Then she will be on national TV to apologize for using poor judgement but saying she was cleared of any security violations... But will the country buy this??? Will they forgive and forget?? I don't think so..

I seriously doubt it, as the fact that she's leading the Democrat race seems to support.

My theory? People are stupid and don't vote based on character and issues, but rather on "what can the government do for me???"

PO1 John Miller, you hit the nail on its head, it's based on the bigger picture. I do agree with that. I know I have made mistakes and will continue. It's part of life. Well said and articulately conveyed thread.

This will be a lot of firepower for the GOP to use during the race if she decides to stay in or is not subjected to an official Congressional inquiry. She could still come away with the Democratic Nomination (maybe...) but I seriously doubt she has a chance at the Presidency at this rate. It's a little early to tell. I can say one thing with confidence: She will never see a day in jail. I'd be surprised if she even had to pay a fine of any kind. Have any SM do the same thing she did and that SM would face at least 10 years in a federal prison. Money and power can buy quite a bit these days.

The thing that infuriates me is that she still has a very real chance. She compromised TS/SCI info! But she's still campaigning. The ignorant public will let this go away and vote for her. It says things about our nation that I don't necessarily want to hear.

Oh she'll never come forward. One thing we learned from her hubby is they aren't wrong. Ever. Misunderstood, perhaps, but never wrong. I have a feeling that, even if she is charged (unlikely, not because she shouldn't be, but because of political clout), she would never own up to it. Seivirak Inson is sitting in Leavenworth right now for disclosure of classified and still insists he did nothing wrong. It's a delusional mindset and the Clinton pair own it.
