Romney's time has passed.
In order to actually pull this off, there would have to be a brokered convention since we are too deep in the primary process for him to stand up an organization and secure delegates. (feel free to substitute Joe Biden's name in the same scenario over at the DNC). Such an action would surely split the party, and Mitt is frankly a proven loser. There is a reason he didn't win the last time.
