I have been a member of RallyPoint since March 2013 and a contributing member since last summer. I am generally pleased with most of the direction that RallyPoint has moved forward on. Some changes take more get more getting used to than others; but, I think the communication from administrators helps a lot.
Will RallyPoint expand this year?

I think RP is a great resource for military people to get answers to any situation or question they have from caring leaders who want to help. There are a lot of good people here willing to think about others above themselves - they genuinely care about the military family. The more members who "get this" will will help RP be the most successful online military community ever!

I think it will grow in volume of both the good and bad, with more increase on the devolving side. Clickbait and trolls will continue to increase.

Clickbait (on the Internet) content, especially that of a sensational or provocative nature, whose main purpose is to attract attention and draw visitors to a particular web page.

BAM!!! Obama will really hate when he sees what happened in Peoria.

But more subtle also. It it has gotten much worse with the "share link" function.

CPT L S - I started playing Billy Goats Gruff when my youngest was about 3 in a small park outside Philadelphia [he will be 25 next month]. The game was based on the story of Billy Goats Gruff which involves three young goats troll under a bridge and the dad of the young goats. To play you need a low bridge - the one we used was concrete over a concrete section of a creek.
I told my sons [who ranged from 3 to 9 at the time] that we were going to play Billy Goats Gruff and that I would be under the bridge. After I got under the bridge the goats would walk out slowly onto the bridge making goat sounds. Then i would below out "who is walking across my bridge" and they would giggle, etc and try to answer me. The next lines were along the lines of I was going to eat the young goats. Then i would scramble up behind my sons and be the dad and pretend to knock the troll into the creek. We varied up the game but the general idea was to have fun with my sons and act out some of of the nursery rhymes.
