With the impending APFT change to ACRT, how does this change with schools (e.g. OCS and such)?

With the new PT tests coming in the future years how does it change for schools? Like OCS I’ve heard you have a PT following arrival at the school. With the high rate of those applying to the school and a 50 minutes max to take the test (subject to change with further testing). How does it affect the dynamic of getting let’s say a class of 200 through?

Like everything else in the army, when you're assigned an impossible task ncos figure out how to get it done.

I'm sure the school will do it's best to continue to use the PT test as an eliminating factor. With the added complexity, comes new and interesting ways to make Soldiers suffer....like starting the PT test at 0300, and finishing at 2300. But don't you dare sleep while sitting under the summer sun....

There's a lot of uncertainty with the new test. Almost certainly there is going to be at least a whole day dedicated to getting everyone through the test.
