Workout Program to be prepared physically for deployment?

Whether it's bodyspace or any other program, I just need a fitness plan that will prepare me physically for any challenges ahead.

Any of the popular program including intense strength training and cardio is sufficient.

I am a fan of the old school PT Max program.
