Would any managers in the civilian world be willing to look over my resume and critique it?

I'm looking for some hints on my resume. I have loaded it too my profile so if you want to check it out and give me some hints I would greatly appreciate them! If we need to connect to check it out just send me a request. I am always looking to refine so I hope to hear from a bunch of people. Thanks!

SPC Chad Kolod all I can see is the RP format, which is brief at best. If you want to send me the actual resume at [login to see] I could give it a better look and possibly be a little more pointed with any feedback.

SPC Chad Kolod Here's my feedback...I'm posting here because I see several others that offered to review as well, so if any of mine is off the mark, this will give an opportunity for them to offer other insight.
Formatting: I'd suggest finding an MS word template that you like and following the format...stay with the clean & professional ones (nothing too styliized), but they tend to be justified to both edges just generally have a pleasing layout which lends to a professional looking resume.
I would move the "areas of expertise section to the bottom and re-label it "additional skills" or "special skills"
In your experience blocks, I would add more bullets, including accomplishments. For example, things like "maintained a perfect record of zero down-time on my assigned satellite resulting in uninterrupted communications during critical military operations" tends to get noticed. Try to come up with 5-8 bullets per technical or management position and 3-4 per lay position.
In the "education and training" I would move your current college to the top in order to keep everything in dated order.
Under "specialty courses" I would suggest adding where those were taken and whether a certification was issued.
I would suggest making references a stand-alone page (an attachment) instead of a continuance of the resume. This would allow you to tailor the references to the job type if they ever need to be changed.
