Trump I'm not so sure of. I am far from convinced that he would be a good president, he is too much of a "this is what I want to happen right now" type of person. Dr Carson I believe would surround himself with the people who could give him good advice and follow up on it. I think he would be one of the greatest presidents ever. There is little doubt he could restore teamwork between the idiot parties in Washington....

No ! While Dr.Carson would make a fine president , Mr. Trump would make neither a good president or vice president ! But this is just my opinion . And I have been wrong before with opinions !

One thing is clear, Trump and Carson are the leaders in the polls; can they work together is another matter. I think The Donald is in the lead because people are sick and tired of career politicians and he is something different. Dr. Ben Carson is also not a career politician and is why he too is a leader in the polls. I prefer Dr. Carson over Trump but I will take any of the GOP candidates over the Dem’s.
We are 20 Trillion in debt and most of it to the communist Chinese government.
Bush II got us 4 Trillion in debt and the remaining 16 Trillion is from the current administration; anyone who says that it is bushes fault for that is an idiot. If the government keeps spending at this break neck pace there will come a time that most of the revenue coming in will be going to pay its loans. Raising taxes on the wealthy and businesses cannot make up for current spending; nor will taxing the working class to death. It will drive business to shutter their doors or outsource production overseas more than ever. We cannot get the revenue back through trade tariffs because of trade agreements with foreign governments.

Fun Fact 20 Trillion dollars end to end would reach from the planet Earth to Uranus; think about it: Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus. You cannot even see Uranus with the naked eye at night; it is a huge planet and 2.8 Billion miles away.

SSG Erny,
China is NOT the biggest holder of US Debt, Social Security(16%) and the Federal Reserve (12%) are.
FUN Accurate Facts:
At the end of Fiscal year 2014
Barack Obama: Added $6.167 trillion, a 53% increase to the $11.657 trillion debt level attributable to President Bush at the end of his last budget, FY 2009.
George W. Bush: Added $5.849  trillion, a 101% increase to the $5.8 trillion debt level at the end of Clinton's last budget, FY 2001.
Bill Clinton: Added $1.396 trillion, a 32% increase to the $4.4 trillion debt level at the end of Bush's last budget, FY 1993.
George H.W. Bush: Added $1.554 trillion, a 54% increase to the $2.8 trillion debt level at the end of Reagan's last budget, FY 1989.
Ronald Reagan: Added $1.86 trillion, 186% increase to the $998 billion debt level at the end of Carter's last budget, FY 1981.
As you can see the biggest increase are from Republican Presidents.

so not Bush's fault...so tired of hearing the left say this. ...and yes....Trump speaks his mind. People are tired of Political correctness and this is the reason most seem to like Trump. Dr. Carson...though no political background...he's brilliant and he see's the BS and where it's coming from...he wants people to open their eyes especially with the RACE thing being blown out of proportion....and spending...needs to be cut n many areas and we as a nation need to suck it up and deal with it...and we need to bring more money into our economy...

I can't imagine anything that would show the crippling dysfunction in the Republican Party better than by running a ticket in which neither candidate had ever held an elective office.

its probably a good thing to come from outside of politics. I dont understand the mind of a career politician but i believe both Trump and Carson want to fix the mess made by career politicians. I like Ben Carson and no political background is nothing but a plus in my opinion.

Doesn't look like our career politicians have done much for this country either. We just need a person who can make a decision based on logic. I am against "politician" being a career all together! It is the people who make the US awesome, not some con-artist screwing tax payers and making fake promises to the unmotivated. Give me an American who has worked hard and developed their reputation by doing not saying.

SrA Art Siatkowsky - Back in the 1930’s President Roosevelt said he welcomed the hatred of the GOP. It was the Democratic Party and Roosevelt that fought for the minimum wage, the 40 hour work week, the National Labor Relations Board, stronger unions and Social Security. Surely the American people are not ignorant and stupid enough to let today’s GOP destroy all that?

You sound like you want sick children, poor healthcare and a destitute old age.

Maybe, I like Carson but he comes off as too quiet for my taste. But Trump is too loud at times so they may be a great combination. Carson is smart enough for the job and would be a great representative for the US.

I kind of doubt it, nor do I think that Carson will accept. But its a great path to the future presidency. I really like Carson and I think that we need a man with values in the White House.
