Would you inform a service member's chain of command for this type of activity at a protest?

In the video I didn't see the colors drug, or BLM in an active sense. I heard some hag wasting oxygen screaming Black Lives Matter, but she was the only one, and there were other Blacks in attendance. I will applaud the cop who was disrespected in every sense of the word by her and kept his professionalism while being tested. I'd like to know who Carl is. Carl and Murphy are usually two people you don't want near you. If there is a Marine there, and he's not in uniform, what reg is he breaking? As long as he doesn't show his uniform, or call himself representing the Corps, or assaulting anyone, he should be good to go right?

Sorry, the video seems to have been taken down and replaced. It had a guy professing to be a "Marine" accosting a police LT over the Department's training plan. The guy would not shut up about being a Marine and tried to use this status as an "inside knowledge" point to harass the police LT over training.
