Let 'em do what they want. Uncle Sam may be in the business of protecting people from their own decisions, but I'm not. We're talking about adults, soldiers.
If a "buddy" of mine had tried to stop me from leaving the bar with a woman before I was married he would've had loose teeth for his troubles.
