A major change in the amount of paperwork and if one task duplicates another one needs to go. Also longer isn't better, if it can be done in less words or shorter text then do it that way ! People tend to pay less attention to long drawn out directives and communications. Just say what You mean and be to the point.

Return back to tradition and heritage. Quit trying to homogenize the Navy to look/feel/be like other branches.

PT and height and weight standards for the army... enough of clinging to old doctrine that has been around since the 1980s, if the way we fight changes than so should the standards to keep us "combat ready"

1:1 Combat Arms : Combat Support ratio.

It would still exist (The Army Security Agency was dissolved in 1976.)

Instead of having individual evaluations every year, I would create an evaluation that lasts until your next promotion.

Tough call for me, I'll give you two: I'd roll back the loss of ratings, or I'd loosen ROE such that ships don't HAVE to let things like Iranian swarmers approach.
