She is nothing. She is a cock roach. While she is not specifically threatening an individual, she is displaying hate speech and she is encouraging others to commit murder.

It would really fall under communicating a threat and premeditation. As MSgt Rob Weston said, she has the freedom to say it, and that comes with the expectation of arrest and vetting for credibility. At the very least she should be investigated (and likely already has been) but not give her the spectacle and attention she is seeking. She probably has a warrant or two anyways given her level of common sense and respect for the justice system, so picking her up quietly could be simple.

WTF is this. Lumping all white cops and white people in general together saying that "they condone crimes against us" is pure BS!!! I have more friends who are non white than I do those who are white. Am I a racist? Nope, I believe there is only ONE race and that is HUMAN. Do I go out of my way to be unkind to those who are different than I, again NOPE!

Get to know someone before you pass any form of judgement against them. I would also like to say that I agree with MAJ Ken Landgren. She needs to be found and taught a simple lesson.

She is definitely a domestic terrorist who wants to increase fear and further her cause through violence.

UPDATE:

EAST POINT, Ga. — An East Point woman accused of making serious threats against police officers on her Facebook page is in jail.
Channel 2’s Liz Artz learned the FBI, Homeland Security, the District Attorney’s office and the New York Police Department assisted East Point police with Ebony Dickens’ arrest.
Dickens is accused of writing a Facebook post Monday using the name Tiffany Milan in which she called for "death to all white cops nationwide."
The post went on to say, “I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m either caught by the police or killed by them… Might kill at least 15 tomorrow, I’m plotting now."
“That’s 15 people that she’s talking about killing within a day or so, so whether she is serious or not that's something that we have to take seriously,” said East Point police Lt. Cliff Chandler
In the post, Dickens says she condones black-on-white killings. She took down the post on Tuesday, just hours before she was arrested.

The post was also shared on the WSB-TV Facebook page Tuesday. We took it down immediately and reported it to Atlanta Police and our FBI contacts.
Dickens’ neighbor says she never would’ve expected that type of post from the 33-year-old mother.
“Oh my God, I’m shocked. I just can't believe my neighbor would do something like that,” Erica Collie told Artz.
In the midst of the Baltimore riots and on the heels of several police shootings, Collie says she finds the post unbelievable.
“Very dangerous and kind of careless of her to even put something like that on Facebook,” she said. “That’s scary. I just can't believe she did that."
It took police less than 24 hours to search Dickens’ condo and take her into custody.
While executing the search warrant police seized computers, a cell phone and a firearm.
“I don't think she anticipated that we would respond as quickly as we did,” Chandler said.
Dickens has been charged with disseminating information related to terrorist acts.
East Point police say their investigation is ongoing and there could be more charges. The FBI is conducting its own investigation.
Detectives say Dickens will be transported to the Fulton County jail Wednesday.

She didn't say "kill all cops" she said "shoot at every white cop"... excuse me but if I switched the adjective to black I would be committing a hate crime

You're absolutely right, SPC (Join to see), but I don't believe in hate crimes, which suggest that intent is more important than action, and creates greater penalties for violence against some people than against others. Aggressive violence is aggressive violence: it matters not to me who commits it or why, what they look like, what chromosomes they have, what tools they use, or what office they hold.

Freedom of speech is not speech. Speech is not protected if it used to violate other laws--like inciting violence, murder, etc.

In other words it is not free speech to "say" I hate you by killing you. Murder is illegal therefore the act of demonstrating hatred by killing is not protected expression.

This example of speech was rightfully used as evidence of crimes by anyone who acted upon it, including the author.

Yup! Unfortunately some people have freedom of speech, but fortunately everyone has the right to not be heard as well! What is sad is this person probably thought they were being cute. What is she going to do now that she has been banned?
