Chuck, I am still trying to understand. NG was more Political than the USAR. I had my O-3 approved by HRC and I took a 3 year delay. Less Politics in the USAR.

we have a couple that put bees on the farm from the Bakersfield area, they are not very happy with the way its going in Cal. 3 cities run the enter state and with their open ballot on state elections it mostly dem running against dems. No 2 party sys out there
