Very few college football coaches are happy with their team with under two weeks to go to the opener. Such was Army coach Jeff Monken after todays scrimage at Michie Stadium.

Ken Kraetzer, Sagarin favors Duke by 9.74 points, with 2.36 points included for home field advantage. It's a winnable game for West Point, and they need to start strong, and put the Blue Devils away!

My darling wife and I travel to West Point every five years or so for my class reunionLTC Stephen C. Generally it takes much longer than four hour. The biggest issues is getting around the NY City traffic :-)

Thanks my friend LTC Stephen C. Living in the D.C. metro area means planning trips around rush-hours periods. We tend to prefer I-81 to I-95. It would probably take 5 or six hours to get to Durham based on previous expereince.

I always wonder if coaches really have the concerns they articulate, or if that’s what they all do to try and hide what they really have from opponents.
