I just returned from a deployment and have 1 year remaining. Do I have to go to my next AT (which is 1 month before my contract ends)?

It's only AT man, just go and get it over with. Besides, it will give you another good year, just in case you decide to return to the RC later.

You signed the contract, swore the Oath, you are in till the fat Lady sings. Do what you swore to do and go to the AT, then step down with grace.

What's the big deal? Go to AT, do your best for the unit one more time and leave with your head high. Don't be remember as the "dud who skipped his last AT". Get the bucks, have some fun and remember you signed the line for the entire ride. It ain't over til the fat lady sings.
