New career tracks boost flexibility for SWOs

Surface Warfare Officer? I sure hope it does as my daughter graduates the USNA next year and sweating bullets being a SWO. She has been worrying for years already and hasn't even graduate yet. Talk about stress and a fractured career path. So anything I think would be good, I will let you know as I am her sound board for many things, but being a Army guy, I am not sure what will help, but I do knw that she reports it as the highest turnover ratio in the navy.
