Sailors and Marines exchanging sexual material becoming serious issue for Navy

This article isn't about member to member, it's about extortion from online phishing accounts from mainly the Philippines, getting a member to do sexual acts and then black male them.

TSgt (Join to see) - The bottom line is that these members are taking pictures and making videos for people they have never met. Members are warned about this in multiple trainings throughout the year and still continue to make themselves vulnerable. This obviously needs to be approached from a different direction. Making services available to ferret out the scum that are trying to extort members is a good first step, but members should never feel like they need to run out of money before they can seek out help.

MSgt Chris Chambre its easy for young soldiers/sailors/airman/marines to fall into that trap. Esspecially when they are lonely. I find it more sad.

I know if you or I had found such material, we would have been shocked and confiscated such obscene material for further evaluation, but it would appear that the current crop of leaders feel differently than those of us that served long ago.
