Can You Please Add the Combat Lifesaver Course (CLS) to Military Credentials?

Can the Admins please add "Combat Lifesaver Course" to the Military Credentials section of my profile? I do not see it on the list of options on the drop-down selection menu. I successfully completed 40 hours for the course. I did not take the Combat Lifesaver Instructor Course. Thank you.
