All great advice and comments. You have to really be aggressive! I've been in charge of interviewing on many different occasions and the drop rate on resumes is unbelievable. The main reason is potential employees don't focus on cleaning up their resume. The Internet has really made job-hunting a real challenge! If you are going after it, don't give up and stay on it non-stop.

I personally prepare as many Behavioral based questions as possible and put them on note cards and going over my answers several times a day. Confindence is key and knowing your strengths and weaknesses, so you can answer to them when they are pointed out.

Bottom line practice makes perfect for interviewing! Also continue to update your resume and clean it up. Your resume only gets you in the door, and don't forget that an employer will spend approx 30-45 seconds on a resume so make it worth their wild!
