CPT Perdew attended West Point and served as a military intelligence officer before pursuing a joint JD/MBA degree from UCLA in 1995. In 2004, CPT Perdew was selected by Donald Trump to be his apprentice, on the show ‘The Apprentice’. Since then, he’s gone on to champion innovation and entrepreneurship as an investor, advisor, and CEO.
Currently, CPT Perdew serves as a Managing Partner for Moonshots Capital, an early-stage investment firm focused on the technology sector. Mr. Perdew has made investments in over 30 technology companies and advises even more.

What's your take on global monitoring by NSA? How do you think artificial intelligence will be used in military and government sectors in the near and distant future?

CPT Perdew, first let me say congratulations on your success. Hooah! My question takes a different track in that it deals with the issue of veterans compensation and healthcare. Can you advise if the President elect has been made aware of the issues surrounding the "toxic soldiers" of Fort McClellan? The soldiers who will be marching in May (Operation Stand Together) there in DC (those that can afford to do so; physically and monetarily)? As one soldier who is personally affected, I sincerely hope that through the chain, and his new appointees, that he orders action. How do you feel that we can best provide the information? Given your success, we would very much like to be able to provide a clear and articulate justification for the frustration these soldiers feel at being left behind. I've been doing some research since seeing your question originally on this post 5 months ago. I live in NC and my niece's husband was stationed at Ft. Bragg/Camp Lejeune as were many of his friends back in the day. We were talking about the recent settlement regarding the toxic chemicals there in the water. Another Marine base where PCE and TCE were dumped and the contamination made it in to the groundwater. Sick veterans. The Few, The Proud, The Forgotten is proud to parter with Robert ODowd in informing Marines of their possible exposure to chemicals at MCAS El Toro.

Deborah Gregson - I will do more research into some other settlements. The point is to keep asking for coverage. A friend who is a vet said that now all VN vets are covered for certain conditions because the VA assumes they were exposed to chemicals that caused them. This will happen sooner than later with people from these military camps and overseas posts where chemical burning and air exposure took place because there's too much evidence of exposure and pressure to respond from citizens on the government, committees and the VA. Keep doing your FB thing, petitions, the stuff on RP, public marches. Anytime you see a settlement has been made make copies and then flood the Senators, House Reps, Pres, VA asking why the people at Ft. McCl haven't been included, as well as all other locations. You can get this done.

Based on your experience working with Mr. Trump, what would you say are his top three strengths that will directly and positively impact our country, what are his top three weaknesses that he will need to improve on, and lastly, what did YOU learn from him?

President Elect Trump said, in one of his press conferences, he would support JASTA 100% .
Has he read the proposed amendments by Sen. John McCain and Sen. Lyndsey Graham?
It is a good fix to the current law.
Will you point that out to him, so he can see both sides?

Congratulations on your achievements! As a Veteran, what would you say were some of the hardest obstacles to overcome in dealing with the civilian sector while having the knowledge that the Military gave you? What traits and principles would you consider to have helped you the most in achieving your goals and which ones would you say gave you hesitation? Are you more or less moved to hire Vets as apposed to civilians? Thank you for your time, and welcome to the RallyPoint Community.

Back in the late 60's, the same problem existed at Ft Bragg, N C. The CG gathered all the wives together in the movie theater. As the spouses began to take seats, said he CG came out on stage to announce to the wives they were to sit in rank order. This resulted in a mass confusion. The General finally said to the wices "Everyone just sit, none of you have any rank". That ended the problem
