SSgt Timothy Prevost I found the ultimate hangover cure when I quit drinking. I spent several years watching people over indulge and make complete asses of themselves. I also don't have black outs anymore.

With diabetes from Agent Orange, a lot of times I feel like shit. Why drink and feel more like shit? Life is tough enough using good judgment, so why drink and make worst judgements that apply to your money, spouse, family and driving. Many times drinkers act like a total ass and then meet another drunk and get shot. It is a known fact you kill brain cells and add a risk of cancer to the mix. I have seen it in many of my family and relatives. At my age, I need all the brain cells I can muster to get through the day not to mention being able to function when other meds make you dizzy.

Never could stand anything other than beer. And then one day I didn't like it either.

Had a few of these. Especially after a few trips to the Grog Bowl.

There is NO fun in feeling like "hell" after a celebration...it'll be twelve years since I decided for myself, to live differently.

I have never had a problem with hangovers, even after drinking more than was sensible.

I never had hangovers because I stayed drunk.

Living in 420-friendly Washington State, alcohol is no longer my preferred recreational substance. My current intoxicant of choice does not lead to hangovers.

When I first arrived at my flight squadron in 1983 they had a beer dispensing machine in the hallway. It was gone within a year or two of my arrival as the world was beginning to change in that regard...
