Is congress at any time going to vote for an increase in military spending?

Shouldn't the question be more directed? The Military budget is a huge part of our national spending. However most of it goes in to the pockets of large corporations. How about increasing military spending directed at improving the lives of our soldiers and veterans and not just the contractors?

Why can't the Republicans in Congress make decisions which are good for the country as a whole. Cut a deal with 2 or 3 Democrats and you won't have to worry about appeasing the likes of Rand Paul.

Sir I need help from you as I am dying from my military duties handling agent orange herbicides on AndersenAFB Guam during the Vietnam War and later. I need to testify under oath to the SENATE AND HOUSE VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMITTEES . I have hurt so many children and veterans. Dr Robert Haddock chief Epidemiologist for the Guam Department of Health and Human services needs to talk to you sir as well as the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Bob McDonald.

I am guessing, based on the large amount of questions, that some people here expected McConnell to answer SOMETHING. By his lack of interest in answering any question he had shown loud and clear that he doesn't give a crap about the US Military. This is not new to me because I have known for years that McConnell NEVER does ANYTHING for the good of the United States of America, only for himself. He has spent the last 7.5 years obstructing everything, it way past time he retires and lets someone take his place who will do something good for the USA.
