How does a fellow veteran partner with you in your mission to hire 10,000 veterans?

I say you move this into a Girl Scout type sales mode. Get enough of us onboard to solicit/sell in your coffee in the same way and in the name of good old capitalism and franchise expansion. Lets get that 600 in 6 years doubled and get your shop on post to compete with that other coffee company that's already here. I'm in!

No questions for you as I am probably the only person ever to have served but doesn't drink coffee. My wife does and I will order some BRCC for her. Great work to you and Matt Best.

Amazing product. BRC keeps me going. Majority of the troops use it here in Korea. I brought some to the field with me and let a couple of my guys try it. Next thing you know one day for mail call Black Rifle Coffee came rolling in. I'll drink no other coffee. Thanks again.

Not so much of a question SFC (Join to see) , but how did you come up with the coffee flavors? And my wife loves all of the coffee, but she can't get enough of the Silencer Smooth. We're on the monthly delivery plan for it.
Thanks for what y'all do. Great job!

I started roasting coffee over ten years ago now. So, I would order beans and work with the profiles in order to come up with something I liked.

SFC (Join to see) Be great to see them in every town across America and OCONUS installations. Vets would have something in common with other vets each day. Drink Coffee and lots of coffee!

Will you need any type of tech or social media management help any time soon?
Also, what resources from the VA would you suggest an entrepreneur take advantage of? What about outside of the VA?

We have our own social media team. I really haven't looked into what the VA offers for entrepreneurs.

SGT (Join to see) - I had two other companies prior to Black Rifle Coffee. However, I spent most of my time with other businessmen and attended a lot of online coursework that was directly applicable to navigating the obstacle in front of me. For instance, if I needed help with editing, I went to Adobe's online training course. If I need help with accounting I would look for a course that had high reviews, and so on.

No question but a sincere thank you!
Last year I ordered coffee, mugs and stickers to be sent to Iraq. It was a for s*** contract, local company, I did not return. While gone my box of awesomeness arrived and sat and sat and sat. Iraqi Nationals are now handling US mil mail when first arrives in country. The package was returned back to BRCC in horrible condition; rained on, package falling apart, taped together, etc. I got a call in May, from BRCC, the guy sent out a new order to me saying the original order was not in any kind of acceptable condition. I received the no charge re-filled order about a week later. AWESOME customer service! I proudly carry my BRCC black mug all over town. You have a for life customer. Thank you. AATW!
