Beans and Franks (not a restaurant name) were my favorite C-Rations for a year in VN. Lots of protein and I ended up losing some 30 pounds which was good because I became a smaller target for Charlie to hit!

You can make your own Sir by mixing the same amount, or vary the amount according to your taste (tablespoon for example), of : black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chile powder, papirka, salt, thyme, celery seed, parsley and cayenne in a jar, cover and shake it all together. Or, you can probably buy it in a store that sells all kinds of spices. Hope that helps but I am certain that there are many variations of the ingredients each with its own unique taste, but these are at least the basic ingredients.
