Codie Garza, to reinforce what SP5 Jim Curry mentions: Consider this if Rally Point cares the least little bit about suicide prevention. We have seen an administrator show blatant disregard for veterans' depression and/or PTSD. That administrator actually implied that if the admin's callous behavior exacerbates a member's problems they should not be on Rally Point. Excuse me! VA sends veterans with PTSD here to help them cope and to prevent possible suicide. So let me leave you with this question. Is Rally point going to get rid of that festering canker sore of an administrator, or take responsibility for possibly causing increased veteran suicide?

SGT Robert Pryor thank you for pointing out how we, as veterans are being used to promote this forum for its' commitment to prevention of veteran suicide, when in actuality we are being abused by active duty. And our civilian family members (C.C) are being tossed off because their only standing is "family member". Does Admin have representation for each group veterans, family members, active duty, retired? If I am asked about my experience with RP, I am going to be honest. For two years RP was a healthy experience, but now there is an overwhelming atmosphere of power and control focused negatively again at veterans and family members.

Well put, PO3 Phyllis Maynard, and the important thing for RP is being here to help, but it appears that some in position to help couldn't care less.

You stop it by indoctrinating people on the BIBLE and what Almighty God says about it...We DO have an authority above us that if we ignore, we will swim in the lake of fire! Our lives are not ours to take, the Lord gives and he takes away when the time has come, when we have finished the work he has given us!

What works for you will not work for me. I refuse to be indoctrinated by any religion. By no means does this mean I do not believe in the Lord. Au contrer, I most assuredly believe in the Lord. I hope the Lord believes in me. Regardless of my mental, emotional or physical injuries, I may say a prayer. Then again, I may not. God is with me every moment of every day. I do not feel, as you profess, to eternal damnation for not being indoctrinated in any one religion’s book. The Bible, in all its variations. The Book of Mormon, the Koran, the writings of the various Asian religions, the teachings of Buddha and others. There are also those who believe in the darker, one could say evil, religions. Of all of these, you wish me to be indoctrinated by one Book. Sorry, I’m a bit more open to most religions. I am not open to any belief that covers what one could call evil. You make your point but you do not take into account that there are more Than one way to believe. It’s your choice, that’s why we have the First Amendment. Other people’s choices will be different. Understanding that there are differences and these differences can help people who need help, is a more positive journey.

SMSgt Jeff Kyle -You might talk to that God you "may" talk to or "may not" and see what he thinks of your attitude and theories!

PO2 David Dunlap I am comfortable with my beliefs. I don’t care what anyone else’s beliefs are. If you are happy with your life, good! I’ve found that people who aren’t satisfied with others behaviors usually only have themselves to blame.
