For an Enlisted to OCS application, do they take the last APFT or a fresh, new APFT for candidacy purposes?

The normally don't trust past scorecards and they test you as part of the screening process. Stay fit and get ready for an APFT soon..

Sir, thank you for your reply. Does the past history of apft scores in the last 1 year matter at all as far as ocs is concerned?

You have to have a current APFT for your packet. If accepted, you will take an APFT within 48 hours of reception at OCS.

Your Chain of Command can also require you to take a PT Test at their discretion if they want to make sure you are prepared.
