I hope they are ground based missiles CPO Tim Dickey like the one in the picture and are operated by other folks and not our own service members. A friend and USMA classmate just sent an email today that his team has been helping train folks in western Ukraine this week. He said thee Ukrainian National Guard folks have all been fighting Russians forces on the front lines - during the course of the conflict.

I'm interested in how the weapons moved to this point. I know that there are a lot of these high value items circulating in the black market LTC Stephen F., so I wouldn't be surprised if they were source through a FMS program and ended up targeting Russian officers in the Ukraine.
