I don't have a "division flag" but I do have my company guidon from when I was a 1SG that my commander had made and framed for me, with our company coin and our ranks. Our rank dynamics were odd because he was promoted to MAJ while he was my commander and I was a 1SG as a SFC, so for my rank in the frame he used a 1SG rank and cut the bottom rocker off, so that it looks like SFC rank with a diamond in the middle. I have it hanging in my house as I don't have an actual office at work, I have a cubicle.
