This is not good But they are doing what they can... and with almost a Billion $$ in the last 9 months of BHO's Presidency they can afford many Pushes into additional areas of interest...

The Sunni Minority Gov't Hasn't Done itself any Favors in how they treat the Shia Majority. I remember during My Time the Police there when they were bored would go to the Shia Slums and just Roust them for S**ts and Grins.
