Saudi Arabia, a land where a woman goes to jail for being raped by other men for not being escorted, is now going to be the UN Women's Rights Chairman. It is against the law for women to drive there as well and Kuwaiti Women in Cars escaping Saddam's invasion found out they could not be alone nor drive when entering Saudi Arabia. Human rights? Buy oil from Canada now that you have the Keystone XL under construction. 800k barrels a day of dirty oil but no human rights issues and American Women can drive alone to visit Canada LOL.

Oil companies only look out for themselves and their wallets, human rights are trivial to them.

Green Party and 350.org don't want oil from Canada but there is no Sharia nor major human rights abuses yet they prefer us to buy from OPEC under the global warming sham. too bad, 800k barrels a day coming to USA in the next 4 years LOL.

This is exactly why the UN and liberal groups that support these type of actions have ZERO credibility. Just the title alone makes you shake your head! : SA rep as the Chairperson on the UN Women's rights council?
I would much rather provide the $$$ to our Northern neighbors than any money go overseas.

Just one more reason the UN is a useless pile of rotting garbage.
