To be accurate the oil refineries are for Russian consumption. Processed oil made into many different chemicals, solvents, gasoline and diesel. In country the price of diesel did rise. I don’t know about the other commodities, but to effect world market price of oil, you would need to inhibit their production of oil and Ukraine is not doing that. Saudi Arabia and Russia have combined together to reduce the amount of oil pumped out the ground. This unlikely alliance has been created thanks to Joe Biden.

The Hill and the Financial Times vs some guy on YouTube who "doesn't think this is true" based on Ukraine's small number of strategic missiles and agreement not to strike inside Russian territory with those missiles. The thing is, they aren't using "strategic missiles," they're using drones according to the report. While one could say this would be strategic effects based targeting, that is not a "strategic missile". So for now, I think I'm going to put more credence into the report. God forbid Biden's economy suffers anymore as a result of this war he's committed to. Or has he? One might ask if this is another example of standing behind a cause when it benefits you politically and then pulling out when you think you can score more political points (like he did with Afghansiatan). If you haven't noticed, Biden consistently tried to play boths sides and is only going to end up screwing everyone.
