POW found! Anyone know how to get the bracelet to his family?

I got this bracelet while a cadet at USAFA in 2000. I found out he was returned home today and would like to give my bracelet to his family. Does anyone know Ricard Chorlins' family? Or a POW/MIA organization who can do it for me?
