SFC Michael Hasbun - You might have a few wing washers on here that will challenge that one. My dad was 27 years in the USAF and I grew up a USAF brat so I don't have too much to say about that one.

We need to stay ahead of emerging technologies. Let's use planes for an example. The advent of planes attracted theories on its uses. There was much debate if they could bomb targets, shoot down planes, conduct reconnaissance, and go on the offense against enemy militaries.
