Compared to the 30 min powerpoint brief Paul Ryan gave the other day, you can see how Ryan kept using buzzwords to attack ACA and avoid addressing the concerns Ezra Klein mentioned. In first reading, even I saw that healthy young Americans will say "screw the 30% premium penalty you can't make me sign up." If only Congress spent last 8 years trying to improve ACA to encourage Americans and ask those Insurers (CEOs), "what do you need in order to join and stay in a state controlled exchange?" Would love to hear their answers.

Obamacare = Romneycare =/- Trumpcare Lite. Obamacare is exactly what Romney would have implemented if he had been elected in 2012 because it worked in MA.

It would seem that the only difference is the ACA is tied to Obama and the GOP has an issue with legacy.
