SGLI is 100% worth max coverage.
All I know about VGLI is that it gets pricey as you age.
SSLI is one of the best options to keep, but I believe you have to already have it once you ETS from the Guard or you can no longer enroll. Not 100% on that, maybe someone more knowledgeable can confirm or correct.
