Hello all, new member here contemplating Army Aviation. I was wondering If anyone knows how the training works out to become a pilot? A full process timeline would be great! Also I was wondering how long the service commitment will be total (including training) would be?

0
6 year commitment after the completion of 2 years training, for a total of 8 years. Roughly, training is broken down into basic training, WOCS, WOBC, SERE, common core and advanced airframe. You can look up each individual segment for more details. There's a lot.

That commitment is about to be for 8 years after completion of the training due to the issues we are having with retention.

and be prepared to drink through a fire hose. Any aviation knowledge beforehand can help but even then, the Army will try to shove 500 hours worth of information within a 50 hour timespan.

Agreed sir, topic saturation occurs often due to new request for information arrive in the answers or discussion areas. RP normally is able to consolidate or meld common topics and when it comes to Warrant Officer flight training accession and training, I have a dsddy or two experience and knowledge to share.
