So far, most of us are in agreement...none of us want to get that "300 Club" spiffy little patch they give out at the South Pole. But I do like Patches. A few years back, my daughters found these patches (online) for my old Duty Station in Germany. And one for participating in Reforger and the NATO Competitions. They gave them to me for Christmas, and I kinda like them all. Never even knew there was a patch for those things.
My old Barracks is now a "Senior Citizens" Apartment. So technically, I could get stationed there again. LOL
And I didn't even have to walk naked in 100 degrees below zero weather. Although if you listened to us grunts complain in the winter in Grafenwhoehr Germany, we might have thought it was minus 100!
