Go to Kerr Lake... it's the second biggest manmade lake in the world. You should also check out the active quarry called Greystone, it's been in operation since I was a boy and it was already an amazing site that looked like it had been in operation for generations.

Avoid getting out in places you don't know about after dark.... It can be a dangerous town, but I suppose it's like most towns, if you look for trouble, it ain't hard to fine.
