Older housing; based on space and real estate prices, it is far better to find new neighborhood

Take advantage of great education options; community colleges are plentiful along with highly reputed Texas Christian University.

Own and drive a car based on inefficient public transportation in and around Fort Worth.

Low cost of living; save money based on cheaper housing, food, and gas compared to other areas (DC, NYC, etc.)
