Always enjoy seeing ships underway. I still remember seeing subs up close on the ferry ride from Montauk Point, Long Island to New London, CT.

LTJG Robert M. Never was a Problem in Bremerton, WA. Had the Double Up the Lines Once in Port that was about it.

Did that for one in 1983, Hurricane Dean, we were cold iron, boilers being rebricked, tied up between two finger piers with our towing hawser 8” double braided line.
