SGT (Join to see) - I just don't see why you are so against someone having the "first word". I mean you post things like this link to get people talking right? Why post something than make a comment? Who cares if they get 100 points or not? Does it matter than I get points for making a comment first on a post or does it matter more that my comment helps feed the conversation? I will be very honest with you, you have been a point of discussion recently among the other admins of this site. I'm not targeting you at all, like I said, most of your posts are great and feed the discussions on this site and bring in a fresh breath of air rather than just talking regs and shop talk 99% of the time. However, I'm afraid that your example could have ripple effects across the site which would alter the way other users use this as a resource.

I will not deny some of the bologna responses by some just for the points. But we shouldn't ruin the opportunity for others who make excellent responses. All I can ask is you reconsider your approach.
