Poor babies. They could move out of the District of Calamity and get real jobs actually producing goods and services that someone might need or want, rather than sucking at the taxpayer teat...

These idiots ! they have no idea what living in a war zone is, until You HAVE lived in a war zone You have NO concept at all. I do know the sound of a military chopper vs a civilian one, sure heard enough of them during My time in Vietnam. My reaction though it seems to run outside and see them pass over. For civilian choppers I don't bother, that doesn't interest me anywhere near as much. Have some fighter aircraft fly over and that also gets a reaction, I kind of miss being in operational areas for Military aircraft. A neighbor in an adjacent town is himself a pilot on a Bell jet ranger helicopter and live on top of a hill and has a chopper pad at His house. He was thrilled when some friends of his, all USMC chopper pilots made a low pass over his hilltop home with six Cobra gunships, that just lighted up His whole day, He loved it ! (His home was a hilltop wooded area with a good 20 mile unobstructed view so that didn't bother anyone and He loved it )

Dang, I hear and see Blackhawks transiting overhead frequently, Camp Merrill is about 20 miles north. I love seeing them flying over.
