10-15 times, no. Two occasionally Three times, yes. I got so fed up that I went to a house scheduled for demo and got permission to remove the old 3.5 gallon flush toilet.

Low flow toilets can cause the number of flushes per 2 to increase. So, you end up using more water that you did before with the older model.

Didn't have those problems with Grandparents one-holer. Beware of Black Widows though.
