We fell for an Apple IIGS with color printer for kids in late 80s. It was a $2000 toy (including printer and monitor), with hard and floppy disc drives. The apps had to be driven from the floppy, if I recall correctly. It was PCs for us after that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_IIGS

Amen to that I say, while I type this response on my $500 computer... :) I wouldn't buy memorabilia for that kind of money.
