What happened to the RallyPoint app?
I just got a new phone today and when I downloaded everything from iCloud the app icon was there with a little download icon next to it. When I tapped the app it said it’s not available in the Apple App Store anymore. Is there a new one or did the folks at RP make Apple angry?

The RP app on the Apple Store was discontinued by RallyPoint.
I'll leave it to SSG Carlos Madden to add any details if he wants, but from what I remember of the conversation, it basically became too much trouble to keep it within Apple's requirements when they could better allocate the developers to addressing platform issues.
