Why work here

In the words of current Eaton employees:
  • "I chose Eaton because Eaton is a leader in its industries and has diversified businesses and global reach; Eaton has a strong, values-based culture that I want to be part of; Eaton is committed to talent and career development regardless of function and also has numerous job opportunities to support that development; Eaton respects and values military veterans and thus, seeks to recruit them into its ranks."  - David -- U.S. Army: Logistics Officer; Education: University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business, MBA and United States Military Academy, BS, Engineering Management; Current Position: Supply Chain Management Leadership Development Program, U.S.A.
  • "During my transition from the military, I attended the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC) held in Washington D.C.  Eaton was one of the  companies attending the conference and I was able to speak with individuals from all of the various sectors. Even though I was not familiar with Eaton at the time, each employees passion, excitement and sense of pride for working at Eaton was evident in my conversations with the team. Having experienced the same sense of pride and ownership while serving in the military, I was comforted and excited to find a similar culture within Eaton. These interactions made a tremendous first impression on me and sparked my interest to learn more about Eaton." - David -- U.S. Navy: Surface Warfare Officer; Education: Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, MBA and United States Naval Academy, BA, General Engineering; Current Position: Plant Manager in Maryland, U.S.A.
  • "When I began researching Eaton, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. This came from people who had worked for customers and even competitors. It really struck me how emphatic everyone was on how ethical Eaton is, and how it is a great company that rewards talent and encourages its employees both to grow, but also maintain a good level of work/life balance. All of those things are very important to me." - Emily -- U.S. Airforce: Aircraft Maintenance Officer; Education: New York University - Stern School of Business, MBA Candidate and University of Southern California, BA's in International Relations and German; Current Position: Global Leadership Development Program, U.S.A.
  • "Eaton is an organization that is focused on the wellbeing of the employee and safety,  performing business soundly and ethically. In this day and age, businesses and organizations following the reference plan is far and in between. Fair practice and room to succeed – but similar to the military – what you put in your career is what you get out of it. I truly enjoy each day here and I look forward to many more in the future." - Peter -- U.S. Marine Corps: Sergeant, Aircraft Administrations / Enlisted Aircrew / Aerial Observer; Education: Point Park University, BS, Civil Engineering; Current Position:  Project Manager in Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
