JDog is a Veteran owned and operated company providing business ownership and employment exclusively to Veterans and their families. Started in 2013 by Army Veteran Jerry Flanagan and his wife in Chesterbrook, PA. Jerry decided to franchise the idea with a goal of creating more business and job opportunities for Veterans and their families. Whether you want to be your own boss or work alongside fellow Veterans, JDog has a place for you. Here at JDog we bring back the comradery you once had during your military service while creating equity value for you and your family.

When you work with JDog you are not just gaining a business you are gaining a family. JDog breaks the mold of a typical 9-5 job and your typical franchise system. At JDog you don’t just have the support and assistance from headquarters, it also comes from your fellow JDog Veterans across the country. Our business model utilizes the skills and leadership abilities you’ve gained throughout your military career and applies them to running your own business.

Our goal at JDog is to put as many Veterans and their families into business ownership while also providing employment opportunities nationwide. We are working to accomplish this goal through our memorandum of understanding with the VA’s Compensated Work Therapy Program and other Veteran hiring organizations throughout the country. JDog franchisees also aim to hire Veterans within their own businesses in an effort to lower the Veteran unemployment rate.
